MATHS
Recognising Notes
Ask your child to discuss what they know about these notes. Ask them questions about how we could use what we know about coins to help us talk about the notes. Prompt them about how to identify the notes by their features and markings (e.g. number, colour, size, picture). Show them the Let’s Learn picture and ask them if they can see these differences.
Now have a go at the Guided practice questions and complete pages 122 – 124 in the workbook.
Now it’s time for a mind workout! You may want to have a go at today’s Maths Challenge too, Good Luck!

PE
For PE today we would like you try out one of Andy’s Wild Workouts!
In this episode he travels to the freezing Arctic to see what he can find. He leaps with an Arctic fox, swims with eider ducks before meeting a huge, hungry polar bear. I thought you’d enjoy this as you all were really interested in polar bears last term. If you want you could always watch a few of the others too.
