We rounded off our last day before half term with some watercolour painting. The children started with some obsevational drawing then chose and mixed shades of orange to add colour using their watercolour palettes. They looked beautiful and so autumnal!

We’re loving our Thursday games lessons with Mr. Senior – come rain or shine! Not even the drizzle could dampen our enthusiasm for a bit of football practice today…

We’ve been busy creating our very own Leaf people ready for their own autumn adventures! We’ll be using our fab art as a hook in for some writing later this week!

This week we are reading ‘Leaf Man’ in class. It follows the adventures of a leaf man who is blown away by the autumn wind. Today we have been retelling the story by creating our own story maps.

We’ve been making the most of the lovely September weather by getting outdoors and flexing our brains. Check out some of the stuff we’ve been up to!
