The children were inspired by a writing challenge so have each created a front cover to go along with their stories. We have a class full of wonderful storytellers; I can’t wait to read more of the children’s books and stories!
The children have also been researching animals and presenting their work as a non-chronological fact file:
They’ve been inspired by our class literacy text called ‘When The Mountains Roared’ by Jess Butterworth and our class guided reading text ‘The Last Bear’ by Hannah Gold.
In art, we have been looking at Indian print making designs and researching popular patterns from Indian designs.
During our maths lessons, we have been using different methods to help us multiply and divide two digit and 3 digit numbers.
